Overview
Easier to drive and tougher to beat – two of the main drawcards of the 8IGHT-X ELITE buggy from Team Losi Racing. Using the winning pedigree of its predecessors TLR have updated the drivetrain, chassis layout and suspension geometry to build on the championship winning heritage of this 1/8th scale racing dynamo.

- Design on suspension arms allows for stiffener plates to be attached giving racers the ability to tune how much suspension flex they want
- Updated wing and polycarbonate wing that meet IFMAR specs plus a 10mm wing grip for increased rear grip
- Steering rack that has an improved servo saver that eliminates bellcrank bind when subjected to high loads, and, allows more Ackerman adjustments
- Updated camber link holes on the machined aluminium 7075-T6 shock towers that were previously available on the 8XE
- Bleeder shock caps allow consistently easy bleeding of oil with new bladders included that handle bumps a lot better
- Enhanced shocks that lower the weight of the car and decrease the centre of gravity that can be set up using either 3.5mm or 4.0mm shock shafts
- Easier setting changes and body installation enabled by updated cut lines on the cab-forward style body that helps overall downforce and stability as well as improved steering
- Heightened 4WD feel through an equalized driveline
- Suspension geometry has been improved
- Durability increased through larger pinion bearing
- Collars on the sway bar system eliminated side to side play and give a more consistent suspension package
- Improved chassis side guard fit onto the main chassis
- Spindle height can be adjusted up or down through the adjustable castor blocks allowing you to increase or decrease your high-speed stability
